Pleasanton North Rotary is gaining youthful energy and extensive international experience with the addition of Romina Oviedo as our newest member. She is shown below holding her Rotary International Certificate of Membership to the right of PNR President Michael Cherman, who presided for her induction, and left of Viviana Cherman and Annette Lommerin, her sponsors.
Romina graduated from Granada High School, Livermore, and Notre Dame de Namur University, Belmont. Following college, she worked for Urban Harvester, a nonprofit group that rescues fresh food for distribution to the needy. She then joined the U.S. Soccer Federation where she managed national women’s and men’s soccer teams in about 17 countries. She gained extensive international travel experience before joining Elation Realty as a realtor in 2021 (Photo by Jim Brice).
