Billy Buckley (aka President Sasquatch) joined PNR in 2016, has served as PR Chair, Vocational Chair, and was Rotarian of the Year. He's the CEO of ENT Networks Inc, a technology-managed service provider based in Pleasanton. Billy is active in the community, serving on the Pleasanton Chamber board, EDGR committee, and as past President of the Pleasanton Young Professionals. He enjoys working on old cars, gardening with his wife, restoring their 1906 craftsman home, and running Spartan races.
Tom has been with PNR since 2019. He served as club Treasurer and as a Director on the Foundation board. Tom is a huge hockey fan, following the San Jose Sharks since their inception and has also been involved in coaching youth hockey and helping administer the local high school hockey league. Tom is a partner in a financial planning firm in San Ramon.

Jim is one of our club's founding members and Past Treasurer. He's an English Professor at Las Positas College, a talented musician and an amateur ventriloquist.

A dreamer and optimist, Dale is a true Renaissance woman! Her passions led her to own successful businesses, study and work as a sommelier, build Habitat for Humanity homes, ride horses in Wyoming, and dine in the finest restaurants all over the world! Other days you can find her at home enjoying the view from her patio and snuggling her two poodles with a perfect pour over coffee in hand. Dale’s the friend to call if you need an infusion of enthusiasm or someone to kick your hiney into action.
Darcy has been an active Rotarian since 2015. She was President of Tri-Valley Evening Rotary (17-18) before joining PNR, where she served as the Community Service Chair and was awarded Rotarian of the Year in 2020, and is the Board President of the PNR Foundation. Darcy runs a boutique HR consulting firm serving small businesses and nonprofits. Outside of her love for humanitarian work, Darcy is a doting aunty, a music junky, an artist, bohemian, world traveler, and amateur whiskey connoisseur.

Frank has been a member of PNR since 1995, is a past club President (13-14), past Foundation President and was Rotarian of the Year. He's the Owner of Twisted Pair Inc., and also serves as an Auctioneer for many nonprofit galas.
"I joined PNR in 2010 to give back to my community when I retired from a career in Finance and Accounting, and quickly became involved directing Youth Service activities for PNR and restarting the Rotary Youth Exchange program. I'm also the District 5170 Outbound Exchange Coordinator for the Youth Exchange program. Our youth are the future... Join me to make our world a better place through Rotary!"
Mark became a Rotarian in 2003, after retiring from a 40-year career in computer engineering management. With a longtime passion for working with youth, he joined PNR in 2016, serving as Youth Service Chair, as he had done at his first Rotary club. With over 35 years of serving on nonprofit boards, primarily in education and sports, Mark also serves on the Board of the Junior Achievement of Northern California. He's been married for 48 years and enjoys spending time with his grandkids.
Past President (19-20). Tami is a cheerleader! An American patriot, first and foremost, and raised to serve others. Tami is a nature enthusiast who enjoys birding, hiking, gardening, flower arranging, and tending to her koi pond. She also loves sophisticated hobbies like travel, sipping fine wines, theater and arts, and gourmet cooking. If you are invited to her party, GO! Just bring a dessert...Tami doesn't bake!
Richard Flanders was the President of the Rotary Club of San Ramon Valley (District 5160) in 2001-2002. He has served as Assistant Governor, Lieutenant Governor, and then as District Governor in 2021-2022. Richard is an attorney and belongs to Alameda County Bar Association. He and his wife Florence have girl/boy twins, Brennyn and Ryson.
