Doing acts of service in the community and around the world and raising money for a wide variety of local and international organizations takes a large group of dedicated and passionate individuals.

Former Technology Sales Professional working in Silicon Valley/Bay Area. Married and proud parent of two beautiful step daughters and two amazing boys (men!). Loves to paint, play the guitar and work out. Loves being a part of Rotary and wants to spread more kindness in the world.

Billy Buckley, Past President "Sasquatch" 22-23, joined PNR in 2016, served as Public Image Chair, and was awarded Rotarian of the Year. He's the CEO of ENT Networks Inc, a technology-managed service provider based in Pleasanton. Billy is active in the community, serving on the Pleasanton Chamber board and as past President of the Pleasanton Young Professionals. He enjoys working on old cars, gardening with his wife, restoring their 1906 craftsman home, and running Spartan races.


Jim is one of our club's founding members and Past Treasurer. He's an English Professor at Las Positas College, a talented musician and an amateur ventriloquist.

Darcy has been an active Rotarian since 2016. She was President of Tri-Valley Evening Rotary (17-18) before joining PNR, where she has served as the Community Service Chair several years, was awarded Rotarian of the Year in 2020 and 2025, and has served as Board President of the PNR Foundation (21-23). Darcy runs a boutique HR consulting firm serving small businesses and nonprofits.

Past President (19-20), Past Area 4B Assistant Governor (21-24), Past Lieutenant Governor (24-25). Tami is a cheerleader! An American patriot, first and foremost, and raised to serve others. Tami is a nature enthusiast who enjoys birding, hiking, gardening, flower arranging, and tending to her koi pond. She also loves sophisticated hobbies like travel, sipping fine wines, theater and arts, and gourmet cooking. If you are invited to her party, GO! Just bring a dessert...Tami doesn't bake!



"I joined PNR in 2010 to give back to my community when I retired from a career in Finance and Accounting, and quickly became involved directing Youth Service activities for PNR and restarting the Rotary Youth Exchange program. I'm also the District 5170 Outbound Exchange Coordinator for the Youth Exchange program. Our youth are the future... Join me to make our world a better place through Rotary!"
