PNR Prez Cherman Moderates Opening Session of District 5170 Annual Meeting

Michael Cherman, president of Pleasanton North Rotary, the home club of District 5170 Gov. Richard Flanders, had the honor of moderating the District Conference opening session, May 22 at the Blackhawk Museum.
